Return Policy


Call Customer Service Department 781-641-1010  for a Return Authorization Number.

Please have ready the following information:

  1. The original order number
  2. Title being returned
  3. Reason for return
  4. Name and daytime phone number
  5. e-mail address

We will apply full refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping, handling and a 25% re-stocking charges.

NOTE: All translation software, special order and Microsoft localized version products are not refundable.

You must return the undamaged product at your expense, including all its packaging and documentation and the blank warranty card.

All the products that are not covered by the Money Back Guarantee are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

All items we sell come with our 30-day Guarantee Against Defects . If your product is defective in any way, all you have to do is sent us an Email for a Return Authorization Number. Defective software will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. Defective software will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. In order to speed repair or replacement of certain products, we have made special arrangements for our customers to deal directly with the manufacturer. These products will be identified when you call to get your Return Authorization Number.
